Copycats.

One thing thats definitely not simple, and is going to remain immensely complex for some time to come, [principally due to the volume of cash involved in it's old school business model] is copyright law. Most of us don't think twice about it, but thankfully someone is trying to simplify it, by getting the 'pirates' vs. the corporations together on film.
