Searching for a movie recently yielded this type of search result above. All the cast, the characters they play, a snippet of key info on the right hand side, and of course everything clickable and linked with more rich info, including Google+ , other images and more.
This movie although popular, is still in the very early stages of filming and with another year to go before release (August 2014) Google is already delivering incredibly rich info...now.
Clearly harvesting all the search terms millions of users are using every single day, Google continues to develop search to incredibly powerful UX levels where most other companies were always happy to leave consumers with 'Alta vista' like experiences.
Combine this kind of information above with the already smartphone killer app Google Now (travel and you'll see it's real power) and it's no wonder Microsoft and Apple are lagging behind in bringing searchable content to their devices. if you haven't yet tried either the movie search or Google Now experiences, I urge you too.
Search has never been so good.
