I do other geeky reviews at FLYGUY & TekSushi but here was a chance for me to review some cool speaker technology for your laptop or mobile phone. (Courtesy the fab dudes at mobilezap.com.au )

In short, this thing is a superbly crafted and is an incredibly powerful device for something so small. Have a look at our video review above where I take you through a demo and show how easy it is to set up and use.

Often travel size speakers are poorly made but this kicks the trend. The build quality is, I'd say similar to that of a luxury device. It has a smooth polished metal finish, rubber shock feet, and an amazing cool blue TRON-like light blue glow. Add in simple controls and a great user experience overall, a simple manual, nice extras and plenty of options and cables, and this thing is rocking, especially as whole thing is no bigger than a small apple or orange.

 

Even if you don't have a Bluetooth device, the standard audio jack means this will work with just about any device. I've been pumping out bass and treble heavy club music, hip hip, acoustic music, speech and some powerful rock sounds, and the Veho has just laughed at me trying to almost bust the bass or volume.

Rest assured this thing (if you want it to) sounds AWESOME and really can go all the way up to eleven.
