Still detest that way Amazon (even though I love their service) takes you all the way to the edge of purchasing to define postage, and makes the link to escape very unclear. Yet the also very good (but non international) www.play.com deals with it simply. All postage is free. Probably why they have risen very quickly to compete with Amazon.
