QR Codes. Many loathe them. I love 'em.
Truth is they only appeal to the mavens and the curious class amongst your customers. So stop trying to place them on your soap powder box, only to dump your customers on your main web site which isn't mobile optomised.
Instead, use them for smart, intelligent ideas that give the customer a real benefit.
Korea's Walmart like store 'eMart' used a great example below that worked in all those ways.
