Very true words, especially whan it comes to digital transactions and social media. Currently there seems a glut of content all looking to strike the quality of 'dunk in the dark' or a 'dumb ways to die'. All keen underneath the message to get us to share, share, share.
Google think, is a truly stunning site of collected articles and authors that truly does what it says on the tin. Incredibly thought provoking articles on a variety of digital topics, which is currently showcasing the equally excellent Brian Solis. He brings his insights in an article 'Give Them Something to Talk About: Brian Solis on the Art of Engagement' and a very, very good read it is.
ZMOT and UMOT are now acronyms I will not forget, and how simple and well summed up it is for brands, when he ends;
